Vietnam, September 17, 2025, True Internet Data Center (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (True IDC) and 1Matrix JSC announced a strategic agreement to migrate 1Matrix’s blockchain solutions from its local colocation environment to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This migration will enable 1Matrix to accelerate its development and release of ‘Made in Vietnam’ blockchain platforms and applications to organizations in both public and private sectors in Vietnam and the world, while realizing cost savings and scalability benefits only possible by being on the world’s leading cloud. As the first blockchain network fully designed, built, and operated by Vietnamese engineers with full ownership of core technology and intellectual property in Vietnam, 1Matrix highlights Vietnam’s growing capabilities in blockchain innovation.
Through this collaboration, True IDC, an AWS Advanced Partner, will deliver end-to-end AWS services to 1Matrix, encompassing cloud infrastructure, implementation, and managed operations. 1Matrix will leverage AWS to further accelerate the development of its blockchain platforms and applications, improve system performance and reliability, and speed up the rollout of its blockchain solutions.
With access to AWS’s global compute, storage, security, and database services on a pay-as-you-go model, 1Matrix will also be able to optimize its IT budget, and offer customers and partners a broader portfolio of blockchain products and services that can more easily meet international standards for data security, compliance, and operational excellence, all while advancing its vision of establishing ‘Made in Vietnam’ blockchain solutions on the global technology stage.
1Matrix has already developed six Layer-1 blockchain networks, each optimized for different application needs in terms of speed, security, and transaction fees, and capable of connecting with major global blockchain platforms.
